Our mission at 360 Business Solutions is simple:
to provide the highest quality mailing products and service to our customers. It is our goal to deeply understand the needs of each customer, and match them with the right equipment, while staying well within their budgets.
Based in South Jersey, 360 Business Solutions was founded in 2011 by Bill Peraria, after several years of working for other postage machine companies. When he independently took on the Francotyp-Postalia line of postage machines as a member of the FP Dealer Network, 360 Business Solutions became responsible for all FP sales and service in the seven southern counties of New Jersey (Atlantic, Burlington, Camden, Cape May, Cumberland, Ocean, and Salem). In July 2014, FP also added New Castle County, Delaware (Wilmington) to our territory. At the beginning of 2017, 360 was also granted parts of South Eastern Pennsylvania (Berks, Bucks, Chester, Lancaster, Lehigh, Montgomery, Northampton, and Schuylkill Counties).
It is a distinct honor to become a member of FP’s Dealer Network -FP only allows those with exemplary track records of customer service to represent their product. The Dealer Network sets FP apart from all other postage machine companies because dealers are responsible for all aspects of postage machines and other mail room equipment: sales, installation, training, customer service, repair, and supplies. The intention is FP’s customers will never have to call “corporate,” unlike their competitors -rather, simply contact their local representative for any and all needs. Additionally, the FP Dealer Network is both State Contract and WSCA compliant.
As a family owned and operated business, 360 Business Solutions takes this responsibility very seriously (so much, that FP granted rights to expand into northern Delaware and Pennsylvania). Aside from providing a product we strongly believe in, we pride ourselves on our consistent superior customer service, honesty, transparency, and desire -above all else- to have the happiest customers possible.
